ABOUT JESSICA:

As a licensed mental health counselor I make it my mission to support and empower my clients in reaching goals that are important to them.  We all have the ability to heal ourselves and at especially challenging times need guidance and assistance in doing so.  I take a compassionate yet direct approach to help people identify practical solutions to life's challenges. My therapeutic repertoire allows me to draw from various modalities to best meet the needs of each individual client.

Throughout my training I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, residential treatment programs, in-home therapy, and private practice. This has provided me with invaluable training in areas such as divorce, bereavement, oncology, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, infant/child mental health, relationship challenges, sexuality, and self-esteem. In addition to traditional therapy I prefer to take a holistic approach. Your emotional, physical, and mental health are all related.
