Together we will focus on increasing your insight into difficult relationships and events as well as personal internal conflicts. We will work toward changing unhealthy behaviors and thinking patterns that could be harming your health and hindering your personal growth.  

My therapeutic approach is highly interactive and solution focused. I find great joy in helping people to heal, grow, and nurture themselves. Anxiety and depression often develop or worsen in silence, and can ultimately ruin people's lives if the issues are not addressed.
