ABOUT RANDEE:

Making the decision to come to therapy can often be difficult.  My goal as a therapist is to assist you in developing skills to help you thrive in life, feel grounded and a sense of peace and happiness.  I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable in openly sharing your perspectives, hopes, aspirations, fears, and treatment goals.  I strive to not only listen, but to truly hear your messages and stories. Throughout my training I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings, providing individual, family, and group therapy to teens and adults. 

I draw from modalities that are tailored to each individual, depending upon their concerns. I take an eclectic approach, as no individual is the same.  I have worked successfully with individuals for over 20 years who suffer from post-traumatic stress, relationship and marital issues, anxiety, self-esteem and depression (to name a few). 

I truly enjoy building rapport with my clients, which is the foundation of a great working relationship.  It is important to work at my client's level and pace, without putting pressure on when to disclose difficult information.
