Carmen Gehrke is a bilingual mental health counselor who offers goal-oriented therapy to individuals and couples. She specializes in depression and anxiety treatment, male counseling, emotional distress, Trauma (PTSD) therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.
Carmen believes that counseling is a process of change and empowerment. Because of that her approach is based on honoring her clients needs and wants at the moment.

Carmen was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She started her practice in 2010 in Wilmington, Delaware and now she is practicing in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She believes one of her strengths is to be able to use her clinical training in combination with her own life experience as a woman, mother, and professional to empower those who seek change and healing in their lives.
