Licensed in both Florida and New York, Jill is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience. She is also a Certified Addictions Professional and Certified Hypnotherapist.
Jill specializes in treating trauma, addiction, family of origin issues, and the inner workings of the inner child. She works with individuals and families, and also leads wellness retreats to promote healing and personal growth. Her integrative therapeutic approach includes talk therapy, which provides a safe, supportive space for clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior. She also utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Hypnotherapy, which facilitate a deeper and a longer-lasting transformative healing experience.
Jill incorporates Somatic Therapy as well to support the release of stress and trauma stored in the body. As a Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, she integrates these energy-based modalities alongside somatic techniques to help clients reconnect with physical sensations, regulate the nervous system, and experience greater emotional balance and resilience. This approach is especially effective for trauma-related symptoms that may not fully resolve through talk therapy alone.
