Sara is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked all over Palm Beach County with a number of different populations and issues with over 17 years experience in mental health. Sara graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a degree in Psychology and Criminology. Sara also graduated from University of South Florida with a Masters of Social Work and Masters of Public Health. Sara works with clients who have a variety of issues including; anxiety, depression, codependency, life transitions, trauma, communication issues, relationship issues, and struggles with emotional regulation. Clients working with Sara want to be able to manage their issues more effectively and be able to feel that they are able to tackle any situation that life may throw at them. All therapy methods and treatment plans are personalized to the client's needs and goals.
Sara specializes in anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, communication issues, parenting issues and life transitions. Her practice is LBGTQI+, body positive, and non-traditional relationship friendly.
Sara has been in private practice for over 4 years and the practice is completely virtual currently. She sees clients all over the state of Florida.
