I speak English and French fluently and speak Psychology most of my days! I studied psychology, forensic psychology, and sexual assault. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy. I work primarily with adults and teenagers to support them in overcoming relational and emotional difficulties that affect their well-being, their relationship, and daily functioning. My approach integrates humanistic, existentialist, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
In addition to treating mood, anxiety, and stress disorders among others, I also provide individual therapy to individuals who have or are experiencing major life adversities including trauma, abuse, sexual assault, domestic abuse, and intimate partner violence, as well as couple therapy and family therapy to resolve relational difficulties or guidance through separation.
I also created and am hosting a women’s group named Women Empowerment and Resilience Group, which supports women in overcoming major life adversities such as loss, abuse, trauma, major life changes, and more. My work experience also includes counseling for substance use disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also worked for a helpline as a counselor for psychological disorganization and distress.
I work in a multidisciplinary team. In our office at BeWell Rehabilitation and Counseling Group, we have Dr. Eric Reznik, PhD. who is a Psychologist. He provides therapy and does assessments, and court testimonies (VAWA, Asylum, N614, Child Custody…). He also offers Therapeutic Martial Arts for groups of children between 6 and 17 who have behavioral and relational problems. We offer services in English, Russian, Spanish, and French. We also offer neurofeedback.
