ABOUT JAYE:
Jaye Anderson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with women who are 25 years old and older. She specializes in teaching her clients ways to experience happiness learning the ability to understand major life challenges, as well as depression, anxiety, and abuse and trauma. She has over 12 years of experience as a therapist graduating from Florida Atlantic University. Jaye began her career working with women who are addicted to drugs and alcohol for over 10 years. Since that time, she is currently working in private practice in the West Palm Beach and surrounding areas.
Jaye focuses on a client-centered individualized approach to working with each of her clients. Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Utilizing these interventions Jaye is able to provide support and compassion by effectively assisting her clients in addressing personal life challenges. She assists clients by coaching and encouraging each client to help them focus on their strengths; thereby increasing and building self-esteem and confidence to face future life challenges.
