Jennifer Benoit is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach in South Florida. As the owner of Mindwell Strategies LLC, she provides maternal mental health care to pregnant women and moms at various stages of motherhood. Jennifer treats mothers experiencing perinatal and postpartum depression, OCD, and anxiety. She also supports women who are facing trauma-related symptoms, adjusting through life transitions, dealing with conflict in relationships, self-esteem issues, as well as a host of other concerns.
