About Hayley Kirchoff LMHC, NCC
Hayley is an EMDR trained Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Counselor. She is passionate about helping individuals heal from traumatic past relationships, whether with an ex-partner or a family member. Using EMDR, Hayley helps individuals identify the negative self belief they're holding onto about a break up, divorce, or childhood trauma, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I don't matter." After these negative self beliefs are identified, working together to create a new, more positive self belief about how they want to feel about themselves, like "I AM good enough" and "I matter".
