About Jan and Jillian Yuhas

Jan Yuhas and Jillian Yuhas, MA, MFT, CPC are dedicated to helping individuals and families facing co-parenting complexities or divorce in amicably resolving disputes and increasing constructive communication for a peaceful resolution.

Growing up in a divorced family themselves, they understand the importance of co-parenting and establishing a new family structure that benefits the welfare of all parties involved. They assist their clients in reaching parenting agreements that are sustainable, diminish conflict through resolution tools, establish healthy boundaries, cultivate healthy relationships, and simplify the divorce process through coaching and/or mediation.

Their passion to help others began at the age of 22 when they became volunteers at the National Runaway Safeline. During their volunteer experience, they helped mediate high-conflict conversations between parent(s) and their teens who ran away from home. They provided compassionate guidance and solutions to the families in order to work through their challenges and unresolved differences prior to the child returning home. Jan and Jillian’s dedication to volunteer work inspired and fueled their interest to want to help others work through their relationship struggles, which lead to their Masters in Marriage & Family Psychology.

About Caroline Rena

Caroline is an Energy Healing Practitioner, Spiritual Life Leadership Coach and has extensive understanding, both personally and professionally of shifting the experience of trauma to empower herself.

She is also one of the mothers interviewed in the Erasing Family Documentary. This film talks about Parental Alienation/Emotional Cutoff and the Mental Health ramifications it has on our children and alienated parents and its effect on family and society.

Caroline works with others on the belief systems we learn as young children and how habits and behaviors from socialization are affected by these beliefs when we become adults. She has a unique, compassionate approach with everyone she works with in shifting from outmoded beliefs to connecting with our authentic selves in order to serve our planet.

Caroline has been working on her own personal development through research and courses for over 28 years which led her through “Complex PTSD” to combine her gifts and skills into a cohesive program that guides and assists others through anxiety, overwhelm and breaking through their unconscious belief systems to find who they really are.

After years of singing in school chorus, playing the piano, violin and cello, she gave up on music at the age of 13. At this point in her journey, she is back singing, songwriting and relearning the piano and is continuing her journey guiding others through healing from trauma to triumph using the term “post Traumatic Growth.”
