Through Solution Focused Brief Therapy you can also acquire tools to help effectuate change quickly. Through Hypnotherapy I can offer you suggestions that you have the choice to accept or not. All hypnosis is self- hypnosis.
In the very relaxed state of hypnosis, one is more consciously aware than in a normal waking state and can effectively shift behaviors and feelings accordingly.
